§ 8-300. Elevation survey approval.

The Director of Community Development shall be responsible for the issuance of elevation survey approval. No elevation survey approval shall be issued until the Director of Community Development has determined that the height of the first floor is in conformance with the requirements of appendix A, the Zoning Ordinance.
