§ 8-301. Debris Dumpster Permits required.

Before depositing a debris dumpster larger than ten cubic yards on any private or public property, the owner of the dumpster shall secure a Dumpster Permit from the Village Engineer. The Director of Engineering and Public Works shall furnish Dumpster Permit forms to be completed by the owner for approval by the village.
