§ 8-880. In flood hazard areas.

No development, modification or construction of any building or structure of any sort shall occur or be permitted in the village unless it shall be in compliance with the provisions of article XXIX of this chapter, Appendix 9A, "Development Regulations in Flood Hazard Areas." The provisions of article XXIX of this chapter shall be deemed incorporated by reference in this section as if set forth verbatim herein.
