§ 8-881. In Edens Expressway Noise Impact Area.

No development, modification or construction of any building or structure of any sort shall occur or be permitted in the Edens Expressway Noise Impact Area unless it shall be in compliance with the provisions of article XXX of this chapter. The provisions of article XXX of this chapter shall be deemed incorporated by reference in this section as if set forth verbatim herein.
