§ 14-459. Covering parked vehicles prohibited.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle to be parked on any public street, alley or right-of-way, if such motor vehicle is covered, in whole or in part, with a tarpaulin, car cover, canvass or any similar covering.

    (b)

    The owner of a motor vehicle parked in violation of this section, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $35.00 nor more than $750.00.
