§ 22-24. Depositing in streets and alleys.

No refuse shall be deposited in any street, alley, public way or vacant lot except in the containers specified in section 22-21. No refuse shall be so placed that it can be blown about or scattered in the wind. The Director of Engineering and Public Works or the director's designee may, at his discretion, permit the temporary storage of leaves in streets without the use of storage containers.
