§ 2-441. Duties.

The Fire Chief shall be the chief executive officer of the Fire Department and shall have the authority and responsibility for the management, fiscal management, direction, and control of the operations and administration of the Fire Department and such other authority as provided by the ordinances of the village and the laws of the State.
