§ 6-128. Contracts of $1,000.00 or less.

No contract shall be made for any supplies, services or equipment unless such supplies, services and equipment shall have been authorized by the Village Manager, except that when such supplies, services and equipment shall be necessary and the total cost thereof shall not in any case exceed $1,000.00, the Village Manager may, without such previous authorization, cause the contract to be executed and the supplies, services or equipment to be furnished.
