§ 8-662. Unlawful to maintain.

The owner of record of a lot shall maintain the fence on that lot, which is in conformance with the Wilmette Zoning Ordinance, in good repair, and shall be in violation of this ordinance if any of those fences on such lot continues to be in disrepair following the notice period provided in section 8-663. Fences which do not conform to the Wilmette Zoning Ordinance shall be removed following the notice period in section 8-663.
