§ 8-664. Penalty for violations.

An owner of record found guilty of a violation of this article by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be subject to a fine of $100.00 for each ten-day period, or portion thereof, for which the violation continues after the expiration of the notice period, provided for in section 8-663.
